Started ttc early because we knew we were both facing issues.

Convinced by dr to start BCP for regulation and preparation for more successful ttc; she said it would help with ovulation after 6-8 months.
August 2006
Got married! Stopped BCP.
December 2006
Started on progesterone (provera).
July 2007
Stopped prog, not working.
August 2007
Ultrasounds and other diagnostic tests done.
September 2007 - January 2008
4 rounds of prog & Clomid - all failed
November 2007
Started working with Pope Paul VI Institute in Omaha, Nebraska.
February 2008
Stopped all drugs. Sent records to Dr. Hilgers in Omaha.
April 2008
Heard from Dr. H; requests more testing to be done at PPVI.
May 2008
Started searching for an adoption agency while at same time proceeding with Dr. H's recommendations.
June 2008
Sent in application & submitted to background checks for adoption!
July 2008
Decided to discontinue PPVI testing.
September 2008
Began foster-to-adopt training & homestudy.

Approved for foster/adopt!

Two adoption losses (three if you count that one was twins)

Laparoscopy - 1 f-tube minimally functioning with some spill with subsequent forced attempts; o/w as normal as to be expected with PCOS.

First meeting with REI & endometrial biopsy.

IUI prepped & drugged for; canceled at last minute due to poor availability of lab and on-call physician.
October 2009
Scheduled IUI canceled due to Gil's travel plans.
December 2009
IUI - Negative HPT on January 1st

"Celebrated" 5 years ttc & 1 year post-adoption loss

Tuesday the 16th, we found out we were chosen to be parents to 3 beautiful children, ages 2, 3 and 4 through the blessing of adoption!

Paperwork back from the state; ready to finalize the adoption

Adoption post-poned while tribe tries to take our children away.
